BLVNK terms and operating boundaries.
This page sets out the current operating boundaries for the BLVNK beta. It is written in plain language to support onboarding, consent, and responsible use during the March 2026 beta phase.

Use of the platform
BLVNK is intended for authorised business and accounting workflows. Users are responsible for reviewing approvals, maintaining correct source data, and operating within applicable tax, privacy, and financial regulations.
Access and authorisation
BLVNK supports first-party use by individuals and business owners, and delegated use by accountants or firms. If you act for a client, that client must approve access inside BLVNK before their data is connected, viewed, or acted on.
Data handling
Integration tokens, financial records, and personal data must be handled under controlled access, least-privilege principles, and applicable privacy obligations including POPIA where relevant.
Operational review and beta limits
Automated outputs should be treated as workflow inputs until your approved operational controls, review steps, and audit procedures are in place. In the current beta, BLVNK does not promise autonomous SARS filing, direct government submission, or direct banking-gateway execution.
Deletion and privacy
Users may request deletion of their data subject to operational, legal, and security retention requirements. For more detail on how BLVNK handles personal and regulated data, read the Privacy Notice and the Cookie Notice.
